Derek lives in Winnipeg and frequents Whistler at every opportunity. He has been a Physiotherapist since 2015 but quickly realized his passion is in building great places to work and exceptional teams. He has been a clinic owner since 2019 and now focuses all of his time on growing the clinics.
Derek has been a long-standing board member of the Manitoba Physiotherapy Association and is the current President.
On a personal note, Derek is married to his beautiful wife Erin, who is also a physiotherapist. They share a home in Winnipeg with their dog, Layla, and two cats, Belle and Pepper. Like many Manitobans, they love spending as much time as possible at their cottage at Lake of The Woods, just over the border in Ontario. Derek grew up playing competitive hockey, bodybuilding, and has now discovered a passion for long-distance running.
