Alison was most helpful in identifying the problem in both my back and Achilles’ tendon. She explained things clearly to me and did what was required in order to start me on the road to recovery. I have been a patient for the past 3 years and highly recommend. Staff is very pleasant, friendly and physios/RMT’s are highly skilled.People have to be patient, there is a strong staff shortage... in Whistler and employees try their best everywhere.read more

Absolutely appalling customer service, the worst in Whistler! Had 1 previous session for an injury and was taped up. The tape was done too tight and I had painful issues so came back in the following... day and asked the receptionist if I could see someone to just adjust a piece as it was painfully uncomfortable! Was told to wait by the male receptionist and they would find someone when available shorlty but would update me this was at 1.45pm at 4 pm, when I was still not seen I requested again if someone was now available to check / adjust the tape and was told no and I couldn’t be seen until 6.30pm and I must now make an appointment, I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was rudely yelled at by the French lady receptionist she was and any questions have to go to her, I asked for any other possible person to speak to, manger, supervisor or owner or contact number she handed me a business card and said this is my email and the contact number she answers, I said how do I speak to anyone else and she tried to snatch the card back from me and yelled “rudely once again”You don’t I’m the boss and said it was her or no one…… even the customer waiting near me was shocked at her behaviour! absolutely the worst customer service from here!!! No wonder there is a “receptionist wanted” as they need it! Very disappointed and will not be returning if I could give it 0 stars I would.read more

Physio Jamie diagnosed and treated an uncommon ankle injury and saved me from the prospect of more invasive intervention. I am amazed and deeply grateful for her expertise, intuition, diagnostic and... manual manipulation skill, as well as preparation of a treatment plan for restoration of my ankle health. I had an odd experience at Peak Physio where the physiotherapist casually grazed my d*ck with his arm multiple times while working on my legs. It felt super uncomfortable and unprofessional, also... unnecessary for what he was working on.read more

Everything was smoothly until I almost finished the appointment there. The physiotherapist Jamie told me that the initial charge was wrong, that I was a visitor in Whistler, it should be charged... additional $ 20 CAD. No body asked those info during my checking. So I am highly doubt there is such a policy there. The other reason that she decided to charge me more could be she felt she took care of two things at one visit, epicondylitis and plantar fasciitis. In reality, I told her the diagnosis. She spent 2 minutes on my feet.If you want to go there, really be careful about the random questions during the visit, as they can use it as a proof of additional charge.I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.read more

Immediate relief of pinched nerves after 4 months of discomfort and 2 other practitioners who didn't have a clue. Worth the drive to Whistler and she sent me home with awesome exercises. Thank you... Allison!!read more
