Soft Tissue Release Techniques

Soft tissue release techniques are done in order to increase the mobility of muscles and tendons. They involve holding relax stretches, static stretches, and massage techniques.

Active Release

Active Release combines pressure on the soft tissue with joint movement through its range to target adhesions and muscle tension. This approach is great for addressing restrictions during movement, making it particularly effective for conditions like shoulder impingement, or hip stiffness.

Trigger Point Release

Trigger Point Release targets tight, knotted areas in muscles that cause pain and restrict movement. By applying focused pressure to these points, this therapy helps relieve tension, improve circulation, and restore muscle function, promoting lasting pain relief and better mobility.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is designed to support athletes at every stage of performance. Pre-event massage focuses on improving circulation and nerve conduction to prime muscles for activity and reduce the risk of strain. Post-event massage helps with recovery by alleviating pain, enhancing joint range of motion, and lowering the likelihood of injury. During training, sports massage prepares the musculoskeletal system for peak performance, ensuring athletes can perform at their best and recover efficiently.
