Registered Physiotherapist  – BSc Sport Sci, MSc Sport Ther, MSc PT

Steph graduated from Loughborough University in 2013 with an undergraduate degree in Sports Science. A year later she graduated from London Metropolitan University with a Masters in Sports Therapy before then being accepted to study a Masters in Physiotherapy at Brunel University, graduating in 2016. Throughout that time Steph was further developing an interest and expertise in sports-related injuries and concussion management, working for national and championship level rugby teams for the past 5 years. She completed her Level 3 Pre-Hospital Immediate Care in Sport qualification to support her acute injury management skills and pitchside work. Steph is currently the physiotherapist for the Canadian National Luge Team.

Steph also enjoys the challenge of return-to-play rehabilitation, incorporating elements of strength and conditioning as well as biomechanics of movements into her Physiotherapy. Upon graduation Steph began a rotational role within the National Health Service in the UK, gaining experiencing in a range of departments before specializing in paediatric and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, demonstrating a particular interest in post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation.

Steph was drawn back to Whistler having spent a winter season here in 2010 working as a ski instructor and falling in more in love with the mountains. Outside of work, Steph enjoys an active lifestyle and a range of activities including skiing, triathlon, hiking and surfing.
