Registered Physiotherapist
Isabelle graduated from the UBC Masters of Physical Therapy program in 2022. She stayed in Vancouver for the first year following graduation, working in private practice clinics and in public health on different hospital units. This allowed her to work with a wide variety of patient populations at all stages of the rehab process. She recently relocated to Whistler to be closer to the mountains and expand her experience with sports injuries and rehab at Peak Performance.
Like a true BC local, Isabelle loves all things outdoors and her weekends are usually spent in the mountains skiing, hiking, biking, running, or camping! Her interest in physiotherapy developed through personal experience with injury rehab with these sports. Movement has always been an important part of her life and she hopes to inspire her patients to also move in ways that bring them happiness. She has experience in musculoskeletal injuries, arthritis research, pediatrics, post-operative rehab, and pelvic health. She recently completed certifications for pelvic floor physiotherapy allowing her to also treat a variety of pelvic health conditions such as incontinence, pelvic pain, pre- and post-natal rehab. She has a manual therapy and exercise-based rehab approach to help patients feel their best with long term results. She believes in collaboration and open communication with patients to find the treatment strategy that works best for them to reach their goals!
