Jayden Belstra

Registered Physiotherapist, BSc (Physiotherapy)

Jayden is an experienced physiotherapist who has spent more than seven years helping people return to the activities they love. He has a particular focus on sports and climbing injuries, including the hand, wrist, shoulder and knee.

After graduating in 2018, Jayden began his career in busy private practice in Perth, Australia, treating a broad range of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. From 2021 he increasingly focused on rock climbers and athletes with complex physical demands, including martial arts, CrossFit, and weightlifting. He has since built a special interest in shoulder, elbow, wrist, and finger injuries, and the specific demands climbing places on the upper limb.

Jayden combines hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation, helping clients not only recover from injury but build the strength and resilience to perform better than before. He is a certified Functional Range Conditioning practitioner, bringing a modern approach to mobility and load management for performance and injury prevention. He also has experience in acute sports injury management, having worked as acting team physiotherapist at international climbing competitions, including the IFSC Youth World Championships in China and the Oceanic Continental Championships.

Originally from Australia, he relocated to be closer to world-class climbing and mountain terrain. Outside the clinic you’ll find him climbing, snowboarding or hiking.
