Lindsay earned her Massage Therapy diploma in 2009 from Algonquin College in Ontario.
She moved to Whistler in 2011 and now calls it home.
Lindsay is confident with her Massage techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques and many more.
Presently, she is undergoing a two-year program to further her education. She is engaging in both a Biodynamic Myofascial Mobilizations tutorial as well as an Integrative Fascial Techniques tutorial. These courses combine Craniosacral, Visceral Manipulation and deep body connective tissue modalities. She is excited to bring these new forms of treatment into her practice.
Personally, Lindsay has found great success with training her breath. She is always eager to help her clients in learning how to activate the Vagus Nerve and the Parasympathetic Nervous System in order to find focus, clarity and calm. It is exciting to be a witness to the changes and shifts that occur when one learns to train the breath!
Lindsay has recently discovered Nordic Ski and has fallen in love with the challenge. It is the summer months that keep her in these beautiful mountains. Then she will spend her days hiking to find the horizon or soaking in the sun on the lake.
