Registered Massage Therapist

Heather graduated, in 2004, from Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic in Toronto, and moved to Whistler, in 2013, seeking an outdoor wonderland.

With a background in clinical, sport and treatment based settings, Heather brings a range of experience and skills from working with professional athletes to individuals in palliative care. Heather possess the sensitivity to work with women following mastectomies and the depth to have worked on-site at sporting events, including in the medical tent at the Ironman World Championships.

Heather continues to demonstrate versatility through her continuing education, attending the Hawaii Ironman Sport Medicine Conference, and most recently, the Mental Health and the Body Symposium.

Martial arts are an integral part of Heather’s life. With 10 years of training in karate and tai chi, Heather integrates mindfulness and mind-body philosophies from martial arts into her treatments.

Heather is a lifelong runner and enjoys hiking, stand-up paddle boarding and snowboarding.
